What is the processing/ shipping policy?
Shipping and processing times are different. Processing time is how long it takes to get the order ready until it's been handed off to the delivery carrier. Orders should be processed within 2 business days of when the order was placed- business days does not include weekends and holidays. If there is a large quantity of orders the orders should be processed within 5 business days of the day you placed your order, with possible delays depending on order quantity. Shipping time is from the moment the package is handed off to the shipping carrier until it's been delivered. There will be no shipping internationally. Check your tracking number for more information on the status of your order.
What is the return policy?
At this time there are no returns, refunds or exchanges. Please make sure you are sure with what you are purchasing before you place your order. If the order was received defected please send an email to contact@MckenzieSFragrances.com within 2 days of the delivered receipt, explain the defect about the product along with a picture and the order number.
What if I want to try the fragrance before I buy?
Samples are available for FREE, while supplies last. Please be aware that sample sizing are 2ml and 3ml due to a personal error but no price will be charged for either; shipping is to be paid by the customer. Samples are for Parfums only.

A response should be sent within 3-5 business days; if it's been 5 business days or more and you have not received a response please send another inquiry. There is no contact by phone at this time.
